Rochelle Smith is the founder of The She Company, LLC. She was born and raised in the city of Detroit and loves her city. As a Client Services Manager, ministry leader, entrepreneur, and author of, "10 Steps to Entrepreneurship: Your Small Business Handbook...Straight to the Point", she understands the rewards and challenges of leading as a woman.
Rochele loves to see women win and create change. Her experiences lead her to understand that life does not come without challenges and every endeavor we choose to undertake, will have obstacles to conquer. The key to conquering those obstacles will be obtained by our faith, motivation and a great cause.
She has a huge heart for homeless women. Enduring trying and unfortunate times, Rochelle has in many ways learned the hard way. At one ponit she lost everything but is grateful that unfortuate times do not have to last forever. She founded The She Company, LLC to be catalyst for providing support for women who find themselves homeless.
With a love for learning, Rochelle has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University, Midland, MI and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University. With a passion for entrepreneurship, she holds a seat as a Foundation board member for the Metro-Detroit Black Business Alliance (MDBBA).
Rochelle enjoys completing DIY projects around her home and has a great love for music and singing.
